Engaging students in the life and mission of Jesus

Children are wonderful gifts from God placed in the care of families and the church. Pioneer Lake Church strives to provide an environment for young people to learn, pray, laugh and grow.

Our goal is to partner with parents to lead the next generation to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Christian Education

Our Christian Education Program meets Wednesdays (September-May) after school. With parent’s permission, the school bus will drop the students off at church.

Confirmation

This is a special time of preparation for a more mature and committed life of faith. If you were baptized as an infant, parents and sponsors promised to help you grow in faith by bringing you to church, teaching you to read the Bible, pray, and serve your neighbor. Now you’re old enough to make sure you do these things on your own. Confirmation is a time to practice and learn on your own, to start habits of faith that will continue for your whole life and to have a safe place to ask questions!

Christmas Program

Children of Pioneer Lake Church celebrate the true spirit of Christmas as they share their exciting retelling of Jesus’s birth.  It is simply adorable, so you don’t want to miss it!

Church School

Our Wednesday school program is an exciting learning adventure for our youth.   This class allows children to hear and experience stories from the Bible through stories, games, crafts, snacks as well as fellowship and service opportunities.

Vacation Bible School

This is a one-week session taking place each summer. Vacation Bible School is offered to children of xx grade to those entering xth grade in the fall.  They’ll have fun learning about God’s love through song, skits, crafts, food and more. It’s a perfect way to spend a week each summer. The theme for the sessions vary. Check our website or weekly bulletins in May for dates and program registration information.

Be A Youth Leader

Youth Ministry Leaders Needed

We are always open to great role-models for our student community. Youth leaders may be involved in supervising special events and facilitating small group discussions. Let us know if you’re interested in this fun and meaningful opportunity!
