Prayer Request Update

Weekly in the bulletin you are invited to pray for people in need. In an effort to keep this page up-to-date the Church Council has authorized the following changes:

1. When requesting prayers, please indicate your connection as friend, spouse, sibling, or other relative.

2. Names will remain on the prayer list for one month. Names will be removed after a month’s time unless the request is made to the church office to keep the person on the list for another month.

3. If you have questions or suggestions, please speak to the Pastor and/or call the Church office at 479-4966.

As a church family we are encouraged to pray for one another. The apostle Paul wrote, “Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.’ (Philippians 4: 6-7 MESSAGE Bible)
